I became seriously interested in pottery much later than painting but after taking evening classes at Tresham College  Kettering I became resident potter at Wicksteed Park for almost 20 years.

I specialized in decorative stoneware , producing magical items such as dragons castles witches and working in front of and with the public, .and at the same time exhibiting one off ceramics in galleries around the county.

I now work from my studio at home ,and my pottery includes earthenware, porcelain and smoke fired ware, mostly  thrown on a wheel which I  then decorate by piercing and adding clay,  also busts and figurative  sculptures all produced on my premises and fired in an electric kiln.
